We kindly request our guests to adhere to the following guidelines during their stay with us. We maintain a strict no-smoking policy throughout the premises, including all rooms and common areas. Pets are not allowed on the premises to maintain a hygienic and peaceful environment. Guests are requested to maintain a respectful and considerate behavior towards fellow guests and staff. Any damages caused to the property will be the responsibility of the guest. We strive to provide a safe and secure environment, and guests are advised to keep their valuables in the provided safe deposit boxes. Cancellation
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the check-in date will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of the check-in date or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
- Any request for modification or cancellation should be communicated in writing via email or phone.
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 working days.
